Inform the adjuster you prefer to have your contractor present when he inspects your property. When the adjuster will be teh decision maker on repair or replacement. It is our intention to make sure we identify all damage we have observed and assist you however we can.
Homeowners should follow up with their adjusters. We know all the adjusters are busy but the adjusters should file a report with the insurance carrier and provide you with a loss summary identifying scope and amount of damage property.
